Rework Position

Production Worker /Rework Support Associate
Duration: 12 months
Location: Casa Grande, AZ 85193, USA
Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Classification: Non-exempt (hours over 40 per week are paid at time and a half)
Sign-On Bonus: $500, paid after two weeks of employment

Position Summary:

The Rework Support Associate helps ensure that all finished products at the Casa Grande site meet quality standards. This role supports the rework of products and, when no rework is needed, assists with other manufacturing processes and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, label, and package raw and finished products.
• Support product rework so that all finished goods comply with quality standards.
• Float between operation lines when rework is not available, helping the team meet quality and production goals.
• Assist with additional manufacturing processes and tasks as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as required.

Working Conditions:

• May work in a clean-room environment.
• Moderate supervision is provided.
