About the role
Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.
We're looking for a Head of Treasury to manage liquidity, market, wholesale credit, and capital adequacy risks. You'll lead the local Treasury team in delivering and maintaining an effective treasury function, while overseeing investment portfolio solutions for the business.

What you’ll be doing
- Establishing and leading the local treasury function
- Building and managing the local team as the business scales
- Designing and implementing treasury policies, processes, and controls aligned with OSFI requirements and group standards
- Managing liquidity, capital, market, and credit risks while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Supporting capital and liquidity discussions with regulators, the Board, and senior stakeholders
- Establishing and participating in the local ALCO, and partnering closely with Risk and Finance teams
What you'll need
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university in STEM, finance, or economics
- 5+ years of experience in treasury management within banking or financial services
- A solid understanding of liquidity management, capital management, and treasury risk frameworks
- Experience working with banking regulators and prudential requirements, ideally OSFI or equivalent frameworks
- Expertise in building treasury processes, controls, or governance frameworks
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation range
- Canada: CAD145,800 - CAD210,000 gross annually*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
