**What we’re building**\
[**Respan**](https://www.respan.ai/) is building the self-driving observability and evals platform for AI teams, used by 60+ companies and hundreds of AI teams.

**The role**

You will sit at the intersection of design and frontend engineering, turning concepts into production-ready UI. This role is for someone who can go from a Figma file to a shipped feature without anything getting lost in translation.

**What you’ll do:**

* Design and build UI components, pages, and interactions end-to-end
* Own the design system implementation and ensure consistency across the product
* Collaborate with the designer on UX decisions and visual direction
* Prototype new features and interactions rapidly in code
* Push the bar on craft, animation, and micro-interactions across the platform

**What you must have:**

* Strong frontend skills with TypeScript, React, and modern CSS
* Eye for design with the ability to make independent visual decisions
* Experience building and maintaining component libraries or design systems

**What is nice to have:**

* Portfolio showing both design and engineering work
* Experience with animation libraries such as Framer Motion or CSS animations
* Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
* Background in developer tools or B2B SaaS products
