**What we’re building**\
[**Respan**](https://www.respan.ai/) is building the self-driving observability and evals platform for AI teams, used by 60+ YC companies and hundreds of AI teams.

**The role**

As Chief of Staff, you will be embedded with the founding team and operate across every function. One week you might be preparing a board deck, the next you are redesigning an internal workflow or scoping a new GTM motion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, moves fast, and wants a front-row seat to building a company from the ground up.

**What you’ll do:**

* Partner with founders to define and execute on company priorities
* Drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through completion
* Build and improve internal processes, reporting, and team operations
* Prepare materials for fundraising, board meetings, and key partnerships
* Identify bottlenecks and unblock the team wherever needed

**What you must have:**

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to context-switch quickly and operate with minimal direction
* Familiarity with SaaS metrics
* Willingness to work in person in Bay Area, CA

**Strong plus:**

* Ex-founder strongly preferred
* Experience in operations or a high-growth startup
* Fundraising or developer tools experience
