About the Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivatedHVAC Technician to join our Melbourne Service team.

This hands-on field-based role offers excellent variety, autonomy, and exposure to a broad range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. You'll work across maintenance, repairs, commissioning, and installations while developing your technical expertise through ongoing training and support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance across commercial HVAC systems

• Commission, install, service, troubleshoot, and overhaul mechanical equipment

• Work on a wide range of equipment including chillers, package units, split systems, and central plant installations

• Gain exposure to Johnson Controls' Building Management Systems (BMS)

• Prepare quotations for small works and manage assigned service projects

• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and plans

• Complete small commercial installations and upgrades

• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring high safety standards

What You'll Bring

• Trade qualification inRefrigeration & Air Conditioning orElectrical with HVAC experience

• Experience servicing commercial air conditioning systems

• Chiller experience highly regarded

• Restricted Electrical Licence

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• A customer-focused approach and commitment to safety
