We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team and lead our product development initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Managers to ensure our customers are achieving their desired outcomes and high levels of product adoption.  You will collaborate with Product Management, Technical Support, and Product Development teams.Â

Key Responsibilities:Â
Program LeadershipÂ
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI and SaaS initiatives across multiple squadsÂ
- Define program scope, success metrics, and execution plans in collaboration with PMs and engineering leadsÂ
- Drive agile rituals (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure milestone alignmentÂ
Cross-Functional CollaborationÂ
- Partner with Product Managers to translate roadmap into executable storiesÂ
- Align engineering, data science, and DevOps teams around delivery goalsÂ
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across products, support, and leadershipÂ
Execution ExcellenceÂ
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers proactivelyÂ
- Track program health via dashboards, KPIs, and status reportsÂ
- Champion continuous improvement in delivery processes and toolingÂ
AI EnablementÂ
- Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into core productsÂ
- Ensure ethical AI practices, model governance, and scalable deployment pipelinesÂ
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and tools to inform program strategyÂ
Â
Required Qualifications:Â
- 8+ years of total experience in software delivery, with 2+ years in a TPM roleÂ
- Bachelor's degree in technical fields like Computer Science or Engineering.Â
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservicesÂ
- Experience managing AI/ML product development or data-intensive programsÂ
- Deep familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practicesÂ
- Technical fluency in APIs, system design, and cloud infrastructureÂ
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, and FigmaÂ
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skillsÂ
- Experience in technical project management, software development, or IT project delivery.Â

Preferred Skills:Â
- Experience in B2B SaaS delivery for enterprise clientsÂ
- Exposure to AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)Â
- Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalentÂ
- Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and model governanceÂ
- Ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes in matrixed environmentsÂ
