Senior Operator (f/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Bedienung und Überwachung der Anlagen im Wafer- und Finaltest
• Durchführung von Wartungs- und Einrichtungsarbeiten
• Organisation und Koordination des operativen Schichtbetriebs (u. a. Dispatching, Schichtübergabe, Line Briefing)
• Planung des Personal- und Ressourceneinsatzes innerhalb der Schicht
• Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Betriebsmittelbereitschaft
• Ausbildung und Anleitung der Operatoren in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Manufacturing Manager
• Treffen von Prozesskontrollentscheidungen nach Vorgabe
• Enge Abstimmung mit Prozess-, Entwicklungs-, Qualitäts- und Serviceabteilungen
• Überprüfung von Fertigungs- und Arbeitsschutzunterlagen
• Vertretung des Manufacturing Managers außerhalb der Normalschicht
• Einhaltung aller Fertigungsziele hinsichtlich Qualität, Termine, Durchlaufzeit und Produktivität
• Störfallmanagement und Umsetzung der gültigen Betriebs-, Reinraum- und Sicherheitsregelungen
• Springeraufgaben bei Bedarf
• Effektives Zeit- und Prioritätenmanagement

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechatronik) oder mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Operator mit überdurchschnittlicher Leistung
• Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
• Kenntnisse aus der Halbleiterproduktion von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Durchsetzungsstärke kombiniert mit kooperativem Teamverhalten
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Schnelle Entscheidungsfähigkeit – selbstständig wie auch im Team
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Reinraum (Nichtraucherprämisse)
