Senior Failure Analysis Engineer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Failure Analysis Engineer to join our team and drive advanced failure investigation in cutting-edge technologies, including AI-related products. Be part of a high-impact engineering team solving real-world reliability challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform failure analysis at both physical package and die levels, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Lead electrical fault isolation using advanced techniques & tools.
• Develop and execute bench-level test applications to validate hypotheses and reproduce failure mechanisms.
• Interpret CAD layouts, schematics, and design documentation to support failure root cause determination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, process, product, and reliability teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support analysis for advanced technologies and AI-related products.

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in failure analysis within semiconductor.
• Strong in Physical package-level and die-level analysis.
• Strong expertise in electrical fault isolation techniques.
• Strong expertise in bench test development and validation.
• Proficient in CAD and schematic interpretation.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Familiarity with products or projects related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
