About the Role
Weâre looking for aMarketing & Web Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing, website, and creative production projects that support internal teams and external stakeholders.
In this role, youâll own projects endâtoâend, coordinate crossâfunctional teams, oversee content and web deliverables, and ensure clear, proactive communication with stakeholders. Your work will directly impact how efficiently our marketing and web teams operate and how consistently we deliver highâquality digital experiences.
A Day in the Life of Our Marketing & Web Project Manager
- Plan, structure, and oversee marketing, web, and creative projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing priorities.
- Partner with requestors (marketing, communications, regional teams) to plan quarterly workloads and define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Create, manage, and track Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure smooth execution across all project stages.
- Coordinate website projects, including page creation, updates, content migrations, and template maintenance within content management systems.
- Review, update, and structure website content to ensure it meets brand, corporate, and regional standards.
- Support stakeholders with contentârelated guidance and training, ensuring consistency and quality across markets.
- Track project KPIs and marketing performance metrics, analyze results, and lead discussions on optimization and improvement.
- Manage team workflows, set priorities, and balance daily and weekly workloads across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensure teams have all required inputs, assets, and approvals, while maintaining transparent internal communication.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations around timelines and deliverables.
- Identify risks early, prevent misalignment, and resolve communication gaps before they impact delivery.
- Analyze marketing and web workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and clarity.
- Develop and maintain templates, guidelines, and best practices for marketing and web project delivery.
- Explore tools and technologies that improve marketing project management, content workflows, and collaboration.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment built on trust, clarity, and psychological safety.
Who Weâre Looking For
- Solid understanding ofmarketing analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and use insights to improve outcomes.
- Proven experience inmarketing, web, or creative project management.
- Strong background managing website, content, and creative production projects across crossâfunctional teams.
- Handsâon experience working with content management systems (CMS), including structuring content, maintaining templates, and managing page updates.
- Experience planning, scoping, scheduling, and coordinating complex marketing and web initiatives.
- Strong ability to manage team capacity, set priorities, and maintain clarity across multiple stakeholders.
- Confidence in leading meetings, documenting decisions, structuring information, and keeping teams aligned.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, and comfort working in Google Workspace.
- A processâdriven mindset with the ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements.
- High level of autonomy and ownership, with the ability to make decisions and solve problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills, including translating technical or webârelated details for nonâtechnical audiences.
- Collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork, with a focus on clarity and trust.
- Strong systems thinking and solid selfâmanagement skills in a fastâmoving environment.
