Medical Biller - SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility)

We are seeking an experiencedMedical Biller with a strong background inSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF) billing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience handlingHMO, Medicare, and Medicaid claims and is knowledgeable in billing processes, reimbursement guidelines, and claim follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and manageSNF claims for HMO, Medicare, and Medicaid payers.
• Review billing information for accuracy and compliance before claim submission.
• Follow up on denied, rejected, or unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile patient accounts.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and authorization issues.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and payer requirements.

• Proven experience inSNF medical billing.
• Strong knowledge ofHMO, Medicare, and Medicaid billing procedures.
• Experience with claim submissions, denials management, and payment posting.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR and medical billing software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
