About the Role

We are hiring a Remote Production Graphic Designer to support high-volume production design workflows for a fast-paced U.S.-based visual communications team.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop expertise, hands-on print production experience, and the ability to prepare accurate production-ready files for physical output. You will work closely with the Art Director to execute production design tasks, support ongoing design operations, and contribute to efficient, high-quality project delivery in a structured workflow environment.

This is a highly execution-focused role best suited for candidates who thrive in production-heavy environments, work independently, and bring a proactive problem-solving mindset.

• 3–4+ years of practical professional experience in production design, print production, or related design workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Proven experience preparing production-ready files for physical print output
• Strong understanding of file setup, bleeds, safe zones, resolution requirements, and color modes (CMYK/RGB)
• Experience working in high-volume production environments with fast turnaround times
• Practical knowledge of vector graphics, file scaling, and print production workflows
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, or similar
• Strong spoken and written English for daily collaboration with the internal design team
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for file management and workflow execution
• Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Availability to work full-time during Pacific Time business hours

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a sign company, commercial print shop, or wide-format production environment
• Experience with large-format print production, signage, vehicle wraps, or visual communications projects
• Familiarity with AI-powered upscaling or vectorization tools
• Basic comfort working with website updates or simple code-assisted edits
• Experience working within structured production pipelines or print-focused design teams

What Success Looks Like

• Efficiently manage high-volume production design requests with consistent accuracy
• Prepare clean, production-ready files that meet print and output specifications
• Quickly adapt to internal workflows, systems, and production processes
• Proactively identify and solve design or file-preparation issues before they create delays
• Help reduce production bottlenecks by taking ownership of routine design execution
• Collaborate effectively with the Art Director while maintaining strong independent workflow ownership
• Contribute to a smooth, organized, and highly precise production environment

• Compensation: $1,600 monthly (USD)
• Full-time remote position
• Business days, business hours. Approximately 40 hours per week
• Scheduled aligned with U.S. Pacific business hours
• PTO and US holidays
