Operations Manager

Remote Recruitment is hiring anOperations Manager to oversee daily business operations for a UK-based organisation. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you'll ensure operational excellence, lead process improvements, and manage a team to deliver consistently high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple functions to ensure efficiency and quality
• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead process improvement initiatives
• Manage and develop a team of operations staff, setting clear goals and KPIs
• Report on operational performance metrics to senior leadership
• Manage vendor relationships and operational budgets

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of operations management experience, ideally in a service-based business
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Analytical approach to problem-solving with experience using data to drive decisions
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Reliable fibre internet and a professional home workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R32,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
