Remote Recruitment is hiring aHR Generalist for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide generalist HR support across recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
  • Advise and coach managers on employee relations and HR policies
  • Maintain all employee documentation, contracts and HR records in compliance with legislation
  • Assist with compensation reviews, benchmarking and payroll input preparation
  • Support engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive remote working culture
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and documentation

Requirements

  • 4+ years of generalist HR experience across multiple HR disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday or HiBob
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is advantageous
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
