Role overview

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting a UK-based employer. You will keep records accurate and up to date, working through spreadsheets, forms and databases with care. This is a 100% remote role for detail-focused South African talent, working UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK time / 11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

  • Enter and update data across spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Check records for accuracy and fix errors or duplicates
  • Process forms and documents within agreed timelines
  • Run simple reports and organise files
  • Flag anything that looks incorrect or incomplete

What you'll need

  • Experience with data entry or administrative work
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Fast, accurate typing and strong attention to detail
  • Good written English
  • A quiet home workspace with reliable internet
