Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, including processing returns and exchanges if necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service or support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer service software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or related fields are a plus.
