Client Success Manager (Education / Medical Pathways)

We are a fast-growing, globally distributed education company helping ambitious students secure placements into top medical schools—primarily in the UK.

Our programmes support students through structured pathways, including hospital internships, mentoring, and application preparation. With students across the UK, US, and Asia, we operate a 24/7 support model and are scaling rapidly.

The Role

We are looking for aClient Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team.

This is ahigh-impact, client-facing role where you will guide students through their journey—from onboarding to successful programme completion—ensuring they stay on track, motivated, and achieving results.

You will act as amentor, accountability partner, and programme manager, working closely with students (and sometimes their parents) to deliver an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Success & Programme Delivery

  • Manage a portfolio of students from onboarding through to programme completion
  • Conduct regular1:1 Zoom sessions to track progress and provide guidance
  • Ensure students complete required milestones (e.g. internships, learning modules)
  • Maintain high levels of engagement, motivation, and accountability

2. Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with students and, where relevant, parents
  • Communicate regularly viaZoom, WhatsApp, and other channels
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the programme

3. Performance Tracking & Accountability

  • Monitor student progress against structured programme plans
  • Identify risks early (e.g. disengagement, missed milestones)
  • Intervene proactively to keep students on track

4. Leadership & Coordination

  • Potentially manage or coordinate with junior support staff (e.g. programme assistants)
  • Ensure smooth delivery across all touchpoints in the student journey

5. Commercial Awareness (Upsell Opportunity)

  • Identify opportunities to transition students into higher-tier programmes
  • Support upsell conversations in a natural, value-driven way
  • Contribute to overall revenue growth through strong client outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Experience

We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, but strong preference for:

  • Customer success / client success roles
  • Teaching, coaching, or mentoring (e.g. ESL teaching)
  • Healthcare backgrounds (e.g. nursing, patient care)
  • Any role involvingdirect, ongoing client interaction and guidance

Core Skills & Traits

  • Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, neutral accent)
  • Strongempathy + authority balance (supportive but able to hold clients accountable)
  • Highlyorganised and structured
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Ability toadapt communication style to different personalities (especially younger students)
  • Confident on video calls and written communication
