Position OverviewÂ
We are looking for a skilled Webflow Specialist with a working knowledge of SEO to build, manage, and optimize client websites for our growing portfolio of local home service businesses. This role is primarily a Webflow execution role — you will be building new client sites, updating existing ones, and ensuring every page we publish is fast, clean, and set up to perform in search.Â

You do not need to be an SEO strategist, but you do need to understand on-page SEO well enough to implement it properly inside Webflow. If you build clean, well-structured sites and care about how they perform — in both design and search — this is your kind of role.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Webflow Development — Primary FunctionÂ
- Build new client websites in Webflow using proven layouts and design standards tailored for local home service businessesÂ
- Update, maintain, and improve existing client websites — adding pages, editing content, updating images, and implementing design changesÂ
- Build responsive, mobile-optimized pages that load fast and convert visitors into leadsÂ
- Implement custom interactions, animations, and CMS collections in Webflow where applicableÂ
- Maintain clean, organized Webflow project structures that are easy to hand off, update, and scaleÂ
- Test all pages across devices and browsers before publishing — no broken layouts, no slow pagesÂ

On-Page SEO ImplementationÂ
- Implement on-page SEO best practices across all client websites — including title tags, meta descriptions, header structure (H1/H2/H3), image alt text, and URL structureÂ
- Ensure Webflow SEO settings are properly configured for each page — including canonical tags, noindex settings, and sitemap configurationÂ
- Optimize page content and structure for target keywords as directed by the marketing teamÂ
- Set up and verify Google Search Console for new client sites and ensure proper indexingÂ
- Ensure all pages meet Core Web Vitals standards — particularly around load speed, layout stability, and interactivityÂ
- Implement schema markup where applicable to enhance search appearance for local service businessesÂ

Local SEO SupportÂ
- Optimize website content for local search — including location-based landing pages, service area pages, and NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistencyÂ
- Build and update location-specific pages for clients targeting multiple service areasÂ
- Ensure websites are structured to support Google Maps and Google Business Profile visibilityÂ

Website Maintenance & Quality ControlÂ
- Manage ongoing website updates across the client portfolio — content changes, image updates, new service pages, and promotional updatesÂ
- Monitor website performance and flag any issues including broken links, slow load times, form errors, or indexing problemsÂ
- Ensure all client sites remain up to date with current content, offers, and accurate business informationÂ
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure design consistency, mobile responsiveness, and SEO compliance across all client sitesÂ

Collaboration & CommunicationÂ
- Work closely with the marketing team to align website builds and updates with active campaigns, Google Ads landing pages, and SEO initiativesÂ
- Communicate clearly with the team on project timelines, completion status, and any blockersÂ
- Contribute ideas for improving website performance, conversion rates, and SEO outcomes for clientsÂ

Required QualificationsÂ
- Proficiency in Webflow — you can build complete, responsive websites in Webflow from scratch and are comfortable with its CMS, interactions, and publishing settingsÂ
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals — title tags, meta descriptions, header hierarchy, alt text, URL structure, and site speedÂ
- Strong eye for design — your layouts are clean, consistent, and visually aligned with the client brandÂ
- Experience building mobile-responsive websites that perform well across devices and screen sizesÂ
- Comfortable managing multiple client sites simultaneously and staying organized across a project portfolioÂ
- Self-directed and reliable in a remote work environment — you manage your own workload and meet deadlines without needing constant follow-upÂ

Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and basic SEO performance monitoringÂ
- Working knowledge of local SEO best practices — location pages, service area targeting, and NAP consistencyÂ
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for custom code embeds or Webflow-specific tweaksÂ
- Experience with Webflow CMS for managing blog posts, service pages, or dynamic contentÂ
- Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog for basic SEO auditingÂ
