WUI-RD-EMC Engineer EMC工程师

Design

▪ Create EMC concept, analyze EMC requirement, make EMC test plan and get align with customer.
▪ Review EE design, schematic and test report
▪ Solve EMC problem in agreement with EE and ME
▪ Track all EMC activities on specified project

Support

▪ Support to acquisition
▪ Support to production
▪ Support to other service department (SQM, PU, Q and so on.)
▪ Support to Customer

Quality

▪ Follow EMC design guideline
▪ Support to DV and PV
▪ Documentation as required by company/department regulation
▪ Approval of EMC verification report and validation report

Communication

▪ Within project team
▪ Within AE team
▪ To customer
▪ To supplier

Knowledge sharing

▪ Documentation of required knowledge
▪ Distribution of required knowledge
▪ Support to knowledge management
▪ All support/question is approached to EMC.net community

Education / Certification

▪ Bachelor Degree (e.g. Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Informatics).

Professional Experience
(Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience)▪ Knowledge of EMC test method and EMC requirement.

Project and/or Process Experience

▪ At least 3 years experience at EMC design and EMC problem solving.

Leadership Experience

▪ Not required.

Intercultural / International Experience

▪ Good English – speaking and writing level.
▪ Good communication skills.
▪ Initiative and result orientation.
