We’re now looking for an Web Admin Team Lead who’s ready to shape what’s next and leave a real mark. If you’re driven by action and want to grow alongside people who match your hunger and pace, you’ll fit right in.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead and develop the Content Admin Team - starting with 15 specialists;

  • Ensure the team delivers fast, high-quality execution of all content changes across products, stores, and platforms;

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical or operational issues, ensuring they’re resolved quickly and effectively;

  • Oversee workload distribution, set clear priorities, and track progress against defined KPIs and SLAs;

  • Build efficient processes and ensure compliance with company standards, data accuracy, and content integrity;

  • Analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process and automation improvements (including AI-driven solutions);

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing (Product, Design etc) and IT teams to enable smooth operations and resolve systemic issues;

  • Hire, mentor, and coach team members - turning strong executors into future specialists across the organization;

  • Contribute to the overall business and IT enablement agenda, helping to scale systems that support fast global growth.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Proven experience leading IT operations or support teams, with previous experience working with websites, web operations, or technical web administration.

  • Strong understanding of WordPress and CMS platforms;

  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage workflows, priorities, and data-driven improvement;

  • Curiosity for automation, AI tools, and continuous process improvement;

  • Excellent communication in English;

  • A hands-on, proactive attitude - you don’t just manage work, you make things better.

  • Experience in content operations or e-commerce is an advantage.
