Iron Mountain is seeking amotivated Truck Driver to join ourTransportation team. In this role, you will be responsible forsafely operating a company vehicle and providing excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Operate and Maintain: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
Deliver and Document: Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
Collaborate for Service: Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process.
Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of21 with a validDriver’s Licenseand a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
Route Experience: At leastone year of route transportation experience (preferred).
Experience and comfort with aphysical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
Ability toregularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
Communication Skills: Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.
Ability to travel as needed for special projects
