The Team -
👉Our Commercial Underwriting team works closely with regional brokers and internal stakeholders to deliver profitable growth across our Commercial Combined portfolio. The team focuses on building strong trading relationships, delivering technical underwritingexpertise and providing excellent service to brokers and customers alike.
What you can expect in this role
You’llplay a key rolein underwriting complex Commercial Combined risks within appetite and authority.
You’ll work closely withyour team, helping tolead, coach and develop their underwriting skills
You’ll contribute tobuilding and managing broker relationships across the region,focusing on quality,collaboration and continuous improvement
You’llbe acting as a technical referral point andsupporting portfolio performance

ExperienceinCommercial Combined, Property & Casualty or Mid-Market underwriting
Skills inleading, coaching and developing colleagues
Proven broker relationship and trading experience.
