Duties and Responsibilities
- To complete all administrative and operational duties, including review, data entry (logging), checking, and electronic filing, maintaining internal database files (Submission-tracker, renewal lists and other related files), in accordance with the Company's Underwriting Policy and Procedure Manual, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
- To review and follow premium chasing and allocation procedures in line with the Company's internal guidelines.
- To attend and actively participate in team meetings as scheduled.
- To review, complete, and respond Shared Inbox(s) Inquires as required.
- To review, complete, and respond to internal reports, where required, in coordination with the team and in accordance with the Company's internal guidelines.
- To liaise with all internal departments, including Aggregation, Compliance, KYC, Credit Control, Claims, Finance, Administration, IT and Underwriting Management, ensuring smooth and effective operations at all times
- To maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is handled and stored in accordance with Company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Complete PMP process in accordance with the Company’s internal guidelines
- To carry out any additional duties, tasks & projects set by respective line manager and/or senior management as and when required
Job Specifications
- Academic Qualifications:Preferred Bachelor’s degree
- Experience Required:(Re)Insurance experience preferred (0-3 years)
- Training Required:Working towards CII qualifications
- Languages:Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Key Competencies:Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft office
