Due to the high number of applications received for the Travel Coordinator role, the selection process for the2026 season is almost complete.
📌Applications submitted from March 9th onwards will be considered for the 2027 season.

We are acommunity of passionate travellers, in love with the world and always eager to meet new people.
Travel Coordinators wear theWeRoad t-shirt only once or twice per year, leading small groups of travellers around the world. The rest of the year, they live their normal lives — with normal jobs, studies, or projects.
But when they travel with us, something special happens.
Each trip is the chance tocreate connections, discover new cultures, and share unforgettable experiences with strangers who often become friends.
The greatest satisfaction?
It usually comes on thevery last day of the trip, when you look around and realise that a group of strangers has become a small community.
What does a Travel Coordinator do?
A Travel Coordinator is not a tour guide.
Your role is tolead the group experience, making sure everyone feels included, safe, and part of the adventure.
You will:
🌍 Lead small groups of travellers during WeRoad trips
🤝 Create a positive group dynamic
📍 Support the group throughout the itinerary
✨ Help turn a trip into a memorable experience

What is the World English Community?
TheWorld English Community is made up of Travel Coordinators who lead toursin English, with travellers from all around the world.
At this time we are progressing applications fromNative and Fluent English speakers based in Europe.
