What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients.

• Manage travel bookings, modifications, exchanges, cancellations and refunds using Amadeus and approved booking platforms

• Support Delegate Managers and Project Managers by processing travel-related requests accurately and efficiently

• Issue tickets, manage billing activities and maintain accurate records within internal systems

• Provide responsive support for after-sales requests, urgent travel changes and unforeseen travel disruptions

• Deliver a high level of service to client stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional travel experience

• Contribute to process improvements, technology adoption and more efficient ways of working across travel operations

Experience & skills

• Previous experience as aTravel Consultant, Ticketing Agent, Travel Specialist or in a similar travel-focused role

• Advanced knowledge ofAmadeus and proven experience managing air travel reservations

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularlyExcel and Outlook

• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

• Experience supporting demanding stakeholders and delivering excellent customer service

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish (No scrambled oeufs ategg, svp.)
