Shift Pattern:

• The working pattern for this role isMonday to Saturday withone scheduled day off each week, which will be eitherTuesday or Thursday.

Pay and Benefits:

• A starting salary of£28,934increasing at 6, 12, 24, and 36 months to£37,531

• Hybrid working available once training is complete, with set office days onMonday, Wednesday and Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• You will take and complete a new finance application, work as part of a team to process finance applications and ensure the process is efficient and as smooth as possible for our customers

• Through great questioning, listening and conversational skills you will assess the customers affordability along with their stability and intent, to make a lending decision

• You will take ownership and be expected to efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls for our customers, dealers and internal staff members
