In this role, you will provide individual, family, group, and other therapeutic services to students while working under the supervision of a licensed therapist or psychologist. KeyResponsibilities:
·Provideindividual,family,group,andschool-basedtherapeuticservicesthatsupportstudentmentalhealth,wellness,andtreatmentgoals.
·Conductcomprehensiveassessments,screenings,anddiagnosticevaluationstoidentifyclientneedsanddeveloppersonalizedtreatmentrecommendations.
·Developandimplementindividualizedtreatmentplansthatreflectclientstrengths,goals,progress,andclinicalneeds.
·Utilizeevidence-basedtherapeuticinterventionstosupportemotionalregulation,behavioralchange,recovery,andoverallwellbeing.
·Facilitateindividualcounseling,familytherapy,groupcounseling,psychoeducation,trauma-informedservices,andco-occurringtreatmentinterventions.
·Collaboratewithschoolpersonnel,families,referralsources,andtreatmentteammemberstoensurecoordinatedandeffectivecare.
·Participateinclinicalstaffingmeetingsandprovideprofessionalfeedbackregardingclienttreatmentandprogress.
·Respondtoandassistwithcrisissituations,includingcoordinatingemergencyinterventionswhennecessary.
·Maintainaccurate,timely,andcompliantclinicaldocumentationinaccordancewithregulatory,accreditation,andorganizationalstandards.
·Monitortreatmentprogressandassistclientsthroughtransitionsofcare,includingcompletionofdischargeandtransitionplanningdocumentation.
·Provideclinicalconsultationandguidancetotreatmentteammembersasappropriate.
·Representtheorganizationprofessionallywithinthecommunityandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithclients,families,schools,coworkers,andreferralpartners.
·Completerequiredtraining,maintaincredentialingrequirements,andsupportorganizationalgoalsandqualitycareinitiatives.
·Performadditionaldutiesasassignedbyleadership.
Education,Experience,and/orCredentialQualifications:
·Master'sdegreeinSocialWork,Psychology,Counseling,MarriageandFamilyTherapy,orarelatedbehavioralhealthfieldrequired.
·ProvisionallyLicensedProfessionalCounselor(PLPC),LicensedMasterSocialWorker(LMSW),orProvisionallyLicensedMarriageandFamilyTherapist(PLMFT)required.
·Mustholdprovisionallicensurewiththeapplicablestateprofessionallicensingboard.
·Mustbeeligibleandwillingtoobtainfullprofessionallicensurethroughcompletionofrequiredsupervisionhoursandlicensingexaminationrequirements.
·Mustbewillingtobecomelicensedinadditionalstatesasneeded.
·Mustbecomfortableprovidingtelehealthservices;trainingwillbeprovided.
·Knowledgeofdiagnosticcriteriaandtreatmentapproachesrelatedtomentalhealthandsubstanceusedisorders.
·Knowledgeofcounselingmethods,rehabilitationprinciples,treatmentplanning,andbehavioralhealthservicedelivery.
·Abilitytodevelop,coordinate,andevaluateserviceswhilemaintainingstrongclinicaljudgmentandprofessionalism.
·Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,includingtheabilitytoprepareclearclinicaldocumentationandreports.
·Abilitytoestablisheffectivetherapeuticrelationshipsinperson,bytelephone,andthroughtelehealthplatforms.
AdditionalQualifications:
·Currentdriver'slicense,acceptabledrivingrecord,andcurrentautoinsurancerequired.
·Successfulcompletionofbackgroundscreeningsincludingcriminalrecord,drivingrecord,abuse/neglect,andfingerprintchecks.
·Mustprovidecopiesofapplicablecertificationsandlicenses.
·MustcompleteBehavioralManagementtrainingwithinthirty(30)daysofemploymentorfirstavailableclassafterhire.
·MustdemonstrateunderstandingofCollaborativeServiceGoals(CSGs)withinthirty(30)daysofemployment.
·Mustachievethirty-six(36)hoursoftrainingrequirementswithinatwo-yearperiodinaccordancewithapplicableregulations.
·Forschool-basedprograms,mustbeabletoprovideserviceson-siteduringschooloperatinghours.
·Abilitytohandlecrisissituationsprofessionallyandeffectively.
·Knowledgeofprogrampolicies,procedures,andapplicableregulations.
