Tender Specialist

Responsibilities:

Monitor, identify, and evaluate public and private tender opportunities in line with company priorities
Analyze tender requirements and coordinate the preparation of compliant tender submissions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender dossiers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines
Manage tender timelines and ensure effective coordination, follow-up, and communication across all involved parties
Monitor tender evaluation processes and support contract award, legal coordination, and post-award documentation
Maintain accurate tender records, reporting, and availability of company certifications and supporting documentation

Proven experience in tender management or a similar role
Solid knowledge of public and/or private tender procedures
Experience with tender platforms such asESIDIS, Promitheus, KIMDIS, CosmoONE, iSupplies, TED or similar will be considered an asset
Strong understanding of tender processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with ERP / CRM systems (e.g. Soft1) will be considered an asset
