WHAT YOU WILL DO
We areseeking a highly organized, tech savvy and strategicTalent Acquisition Manager to lead ourBack-Office & Coordination team.
In this leadership role, you willbe responsible for overseeing the operational elements of the hiring process —covering interview scheduling,post-offeractivities, and onboarding — ensuring a seamless, efficient, and compliant candidate experience across varied hiring environments.You willalsochallenge existing ways of working,identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes, andleverage technology and data to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Coordination and Back-Office team, ensuringtimely and consistent support for all hiring operations.
Oversee and continuouslyoptimize processes related to interview scheduling, offer generation, background verification, and hiring documentation.
Serve as a subject matter expert on hiring and onboarding best practices, ensuring process adherence to relevantlabour and compliance requirements.
Proactivelyidentify and remove operational bottlenecks, andimprove processes andimplement standardized proceduresthatenhance efficiency,quality and the post-offerexperience
Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, HR Ops, Compliance) to align systems and practices globally whilemaintaining necessary local adaptations.
Ensure data integrity in applicant tracking and onboarding systems; partner with HRIS/IT for enhancements and reporting.
Deliver training and guidance to hiring stakeholders on best practices related to operational excellence and compliance in hiring.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs), providing insights and reporting to leadership.

Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, coordination, or HR process management.
Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Solid understanding of employment compliance and onboarding regulations.
Demonstrated success in scaling andoptimizing processes.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills with acustomerservice-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
PreferredRequirements:
Experience working in a shared services or Center of Excellence (CoE) model.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and cross-border compliance considerations.
Additional language skills are an advantage.
