Position Summary
TheSenior Analystis accountable for managing projects,shaping forecasts,andadjusting supply components for a group ofproducts to ensureproperStore and DC service leveltargets are achieved. TheSenior Analystwillbe responsible for managing high visibility programs related to supplemental benefits by purchasing, forecasting, and reportingwithin OTCHS. This will be used forbusiness planning thataids inachieving enterprise goals including sales, margin, in-stock, turn, fill rate, customersatisfaction,GMROII, receipts and EOP. This person will be working collaboratively with cross- functional, internal, and external partners to deliver results and ensure outcomes.
Required Qualifications
1+ years experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams)
1+ years experience in retail or supply chain roles
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity to explore and identify insights that result in the development of actionable strategies and tactical plans
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using a forecasting and replenishment software package such as Blue Yonder
Knowledge of SQL coding and analytical based decision making
Knowledge of Tableau reporting software
An Asset Supply Chain certification such as RSSC, CSCMP or APICS
Previous Experience in an S&OP environment
Demonstrates understanding of inter-relationship between demand planning,category management, supply planning, and finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to calculate and analyze key forecasting metrics such as forecast MAPE and bias
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to quickly resolve high profile issues
Good judgment and decision-making ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and contribute ideas in a team setting
Results driven with strong time managementand organizational skills
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
