In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of creative, marketing, events, video, and studiooperationsprojectsthatsupportbusinessteamsaroundtheworld.You'llpartnerwithstakeholdersacrossmultiplecountries,overseeprojectdeliveryfromintakethroughcompletion,andhelpdriveoperationalexcellenceacrossafast-paced,high-volumecreativeenvironment.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Leadprojectsfromintaketodeliveryacrosscreative,marketing,events,video,andstudiooperationsfunctions.

  • Manageahighvolumeofrequestswhilebalancingpriorities,timelines,resourceavailability,andstakeholderexpectations.

  • Developprojectplans,timelines,milestones,anddeliveryschedules.

  • Coordinateworkacrosscreativeteams,studioleads,marketingoperationspartners,andbusinessstakeholders.

  • Facilitateprojectmeetings,statusreviews,handoffs,andcross-functionalcollaboration.

  • Identifyandmitigaterisks,bottlenecks,resourceconstraints,anddeliverychallenges.

  • Maintainprojectvisibilitythroughreporting,dashboards,statusupdates,andoperationalreviews.

  • Supportprocessimprovementsthatincreaseefficiency,consistency,andscalabilityacrosstheorganization.

  • ProvideprojectoversightandpeoplemanagementsupportfortwoGraphicDesignersbasedinMexicoCity.

  • Ensureprojectscomplywithbrand,legal,privacy,andoperationalrequirements.

WhatWe'reLookingFor

RequiredQualifications

  • Bachelor'sdegreeorequivalentexperience.

  • 5-8yearsofexperienceinprojectmanagement,projectcoordination,marketingoperations,creativeoperations,orrelatedfields.

  • Strongabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.

  • Excellentorganizational,communication,andstakeholdermanagementskills.

  • Experienceworkingacrosscross-functionalandmatrixedteams.

  • AdvancedEnglishcommunicationskills.

PreferredQualifications

  • Experienceinacreativeagency,in-housecreativestudio,marketingoperations,events,videoproduction,orcreativeservicesenvironment.

  • ExperienceusingprojectmanagementtoolssuchasSmartsheet,Workfront,MicrosoftPlanner,orsimilarplatforms.

  • Experiencewithdashboards,operationalreporting,capacityplanning,orworkloadmanagement.

  • PMP,CAPM,CSM,PRINCE2,orotherprojectmanagementcertifications.

  • Experienceworkingwithgeographicallydistributedglobalteams.
