Strategic Service &Partnerships Manager

Are you a strategic thinker who loves building relationships, spotting opportunities and finding better ways to do things?  Accessable is looking for a Strategic Service & Partnerships Manager who can look beyond today's service delivery and think about what comes next.

This is not an operational, “in the weeds” role.  We are looking for someone who will get out into the health and disability sector, build relationships, listen, ask questions, understand what customers and stakeholders need – and then come back and ask:  "How could we do this better?"

You'll understand the environment Accessable operates in, build strong relationships across the sector, identify emerging needs and opportunities, and work with people across the organisation to develop better, smarter and more customer-focused ways of delivering services.  Key to this role is your ability to:

• Challenge existing thinking and explore new ways to design and deliver services
• Lead service improvement and strategic initiatives that create better customer outcomes
• Lead the Client Services and Professional Advisory teams, developing strong leaders and high-performing teams
• Use data, customer feedback and sector intelligence to inform strategy and decision-making
• Contribute as a key member of Accessable's Senior Leadership Group

• Proven strategic and people leadership experience
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• Experience developing, redesigning or improving services
• Commercial acumen and confidence with data and performance
• The ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical opportunities
• A genuine interest in the health, disability or social services sector
• The confidence to challenge the status quo and bring people with you

You might come from health, disability, community services, consulting, customer experience, service design, partnerships or another complex service environment. We're more interested in how you think and what you can achieve than a particular job title.
