Currently, we are seeking an SLP that (A) loves the aging population and (B) has as least 8-10 weekday hours of availability between 9AM and 3PM. We will allow the hours to be broken up at the SLP's convenience.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies
- Help optimize functional self-care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population
- Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education
- In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program
- Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated
- Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care
- Support compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Current or eligible Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- ASHA accreditation or equivalent
