Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist specialists in advanced clinical and dental procedures.

  • Prepare, sterilize, and manage specialist dental instruments.

  • Ensure high standards of infection control during specialist treatments.

  • Maintain cleanliness of clinic facilities, ensuring readiness for specialist procedures.

  • Ensure patient comfort throughout specialist treatments.

  • Perform desk duties with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

  • Train and mentor junior dental assistants as needed.

  • Assist with inventory management for specialist instruments.

  • Handle any ad hoc duties as requested by the Supervisor or Specialist.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, assisting in specialist procedures such as endodontics, orthodontics, or prosthodontics.

  • Strong ability to work independently, with excellent decision-making skills and proactive initiative in a specialist environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills for patient care.

  • High attention to detail in infection control and handling specialized instruments.

  • Leadership skills to mentor junior staff and maintain high clinical standards.

  • Familiarity with specialized dental procedures, equipment, and materials is required.
