Software Quality Engineer (4-6 Years)

What you'll do?

Quality Planning & Governance

• Create and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan in alignment with QMS, ASPICE, and IATF standards.

• Definequality objectives, KPIs, and audit schedules for the project lifecycle.

• Ensure QA activities are integrated into project milestones and deliverables.

Quality Assurance Execution

• Plan and conduct audits (process audits, work product audits) as per QMS guidelines.

• Performcompliance checks against ASPICE, IATF, and internal standards.

• Monitornon-conformances, track corrective actions, and verify closure.

• Maintainaudit trackers and ensure timely reporting of findings.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and presentmonthly quality status reports to management and project teams.

• Provideobjective feedback on adherence to QMS and quality of work products.

• Act as anindependent voice for quality in project reviews and decision-making.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate withProcess Owners to feed insights into the continuous improvement loop.

• Assist project teams inASPICE and IATF certification readiness.

What will you bring?

Standards Knowledge

• Strong understanding ofIATF 16949 andASPICE frameworks.

• Familiarity withQuality Management Systems (QMS) andAgile/SAFe methodologies.

• (Preferred) Certifications in ASPICE Assessor, IATF Auditor, or similar.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Expertise inaudit planning and execution (process and product audits).

• Knowledge ofPPAP,FMEA, andcore quality tools.

• Ability to interpret and applyindustry standards to project environments.

• Understanding ofFunctional Safety (ISO 26262) andCybersecurity is a plus.
