Position Overview
The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Advisor, which is a Band 4 Individual Contributor Career Track Role.
We are seeking ahighly skilled and motivated Software Engineering Lead Analyst to join ourHome Delivery organization. This role is responsible for deliveringend-to-end business solutions—fromrequirements gathering throughproduction deployment—with deep expertise inPython programming,machine learning, andgenerative AI.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withagentic frameworks,natural language processing, andmodern AI development tools. Responsibilities include designing intelligent systems, building scalable solutions, and integratinghuman-in-the-loop methodologies to deliver impactful AI-driven products.
In addition to solution delivery, the candidate should demonstrate anautomation-first andcontinuous improvement mindset, driving adoption ofCI/CD tools and contributing to the evolution of development processes and toolsets.
Responsibilities
Design and develop intelligent applications usingPython and modernAI frameworks
Build and deploymachine learning anddeep learning models for production use Implementgenerative AI andagentic solutions usingLangChain,LangGraph, andReAct agents
Develop scalableAPIs and user interfaces usingFastAPI andStreamlit Applyhuman-in-the-loop andsupervisor methodologies to enhance model reliability
Integrate AI models into business workflows in collaboration withcross-functional teams
Utilize cloud platforms and tools such asDatabricks for data processing and model training Ensure code quality and maintainability usingPydantic models and engineering best practices
Deploy applications onAWS andOpenShift usingCI/CD pipelines Monitor application performance and maintain robustlogging andobservability Participate inAgile ceremonies and collaborate withinScrum orKanban teams
Supportrelease management, configuration, and deployment activities
Conductpeer code reviews and contribute tocontinuous improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot and integratemicroservices andAPIs across distributed systems
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Proficiency inPython programming andAI model development
Strong foundation inmachine learning,deep learning, andnatural language processing
Experience withgenerative AI andagentic AI frameworks Familiarity withLangChain,LangGraph,ReAct agents, andPydantic AI models
Hands-on experience withJupyter Notebooks,Streamlit,PyCharm, andVisual Studio
Ability to integrate withJava/SpringBoot services and APIs Experience with cloud platforms and tools such asDatabricks,AWS, andOpenShift Core competencies insoftware engineering, includingsystem design,debugging,testing, andperformance optimization
Strongcommunication,time management, andproblem-solving skills.Demonstratedownership,accountability, and acontinuous improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience implementinghuman-in-the-loop andsupervisor-based AI systems
Background in deploying AI solutions inenterprise orhealthcare environments
Experience withprompt engineering andLLM integration Exposure tovector databases,semantic search, andOpenAI APIs Familiarity withAWS Bedrock andconversational AI deployment
Domain experience inhealthcare orpharmacy benefit management (PBM)Required
Experience & Education:
5+ years of experience inPython development andAI model implementation
3+ years of experience inmachine learning anddeep learning projects
2+ years of experience inJava/SpringBoot development Proven experience designing and deployingcloud-native applications
Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science,Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Location & Hours of Work
Hyderabad and Hybrid (11:30 AM IST to 8:30 PM IST)
