Role Overview

We are looking for aSocial Media Manager to lead and execute our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience inagency, healthcare, and e-commerce environments, with a strong understanding of content strategy, performance marketing, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and executesocial media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
• Manage day-to-day handling of platforms likeInstagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Plan and overseecontent calendars, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice
• Collaborate withinternal teams and agencies for content creation (graphics, videos, campaigns)
• Driveperformance marketing initiatives to improve engagement, reach, and conversions
• Monitor and analyzecampaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
• Manageinfluencer collaborations and partnerships where relevant
• Stay updated withindustry trends, especially in healthcare and digital marketing
• Ensure all communication iscompliant with healthcare regulations and sensitivity standards

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management
• Prior experience inagency setup, healthcare industry, and e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding ofsocial media platforms, analytics tools, and paid campaigns
• Excellentcontent sense and storytelling ability
• Experience working withcross-functional teams and external vendors
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Educational qualification: Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience withperformance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Understanding ofpatient-centric communication
• Familiarity withcontent creation tools and basic design/video editing tools
