This job requisition is to seeksenior technical leadersin the fieldof processintegration to join Micron Memory Taiwan,reporting directly to site Sr.management or theVP. As aSenior member of technical staff (SMTS) orDistinguished member of technical staff (DMTS),you will play a pivotal role indriving innovation, leading technical projects,defining technical roadmap,and mentoringfellow engineers. Yourexpertise will be instrumental in developingcutting-edge DRAM processintegrationsolutions to support yield ramp-up. Your contribution willleave a lasting impact on the DRAM industry.
Responsibilities for Process IntegrationSMTS/DMTS include (butarenot limited to):
Own critical taskforce,take ownership of critical initiatives, leading cross functional technical team toexecute new tech node yield roadmap, collaboratecloselywith processengineering,equipment team,technology development and local yield teams to improve new technology.
Guide and mentor team members, fosteringa culture of continuous learning and career development.
Cultivateaninnovativemindset,identifying opportunities for process improvements thatalign withstate-of-the-art productrequirement whileoptimizing costs.
Developafundamental understandingonstructure and device. Understandtheir impactonmanufacturability, cost, andquality.
Provide engineering supportto internal team members and senior leaders.
Qualifications:
Technicalexpertise: Detailed knowledge ofsemiconductor integration and the interaction ofdifferent processes and metrologywith at least 10 years of relevant experience in advancedmemory or logicnode. Goodknowledge of process engineering, including lithography, dry etch, wetetch, CMP, thin film,diffusion,andimplantation.
Project leadership:Proven skills in leading complex technical projects, ensuringtimely deliveryof high-quality results.Ability todrive cross-functional technical teams andsuccessfullycomplete of complex projects.
Communication skills:Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated interpersonal skills,includinginfluencing and motivating.Ability tocollaborate with multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
Innovation: Track record ofprovidinginnovative solutions
Education:An advanced degree in Engineering or Science ispreferred.
