This job requisition is to seeksenior technical leadersin the fieldofsemiconductorprocessequipment engineering to join Micron Memory Taiwan,reporting directly to site Sr.management or theVP. As aSenior member of technical staff (SMTS) orDistinguished member of technical staff (DMTS),you willplay a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading technical projects,definingthecriticalequipmentrequirementroadmap,and mentoringfellow engineers. Yourexpertise will be instrumental in developingequipmentsolutions to support high volume manufacturing ofcutting-edgeDRAMproduct. Your contribution will make a lasting impact on the DRAM industry.
Responsibilities of Process EquipmentEngineering SMTS/DMTS include (butarenot limited to):
Own critical taskforce, leadcross-functionaltechnical teamfor new equipmentevaluation or adoption, ensuringtimely delivery of solutions.
Act asthetechnical authority when equipment-related issuesarise. Provide hands-on support or technical guidance based on the nature of the issue.
Guide and mentor team members, fosteringa culture of continuous learning and career development.
Cultivateaninnovative culture,identify opportunities forequipmentimprovement opportunity that align withstate-of-the-artDRAMproductrequirement whileoptimizing costs.
Develop fundamental understanding ofhardware and its role in supporting high-volume manufacturing requirements.
Provide engineering supportto internal team members and senior leaders.
Qualifications:
Technicalexpertise:Demonstrate deep knowledge ofsemiconductor equipmentrelated toat least oneofthefollowingareas: lithography, dry etch, wetetch, CMP, thin film,diffusion, implantation, and metrology. You should haveat least 10 years of relevant experience in advanced node. Additionally, a strong understanding ofrelated process engineering is essential.
Project leadership:Proven ability to lead complex technical projects, ensuringa timely deliveryof high-quality results. Proven skills in driving cross-functional technical teams andcompleting of complex projects.
Communication skills:Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Demonstrated interpersonal skills,includinginfluencing and motivating.Ability tocollaboratewith multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
Innovation: Track record ofprovidinginnovative solutions
Education: An advanced degree in Engineering or Science ispreferred.
