The Position:

In this role, you will both assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace. You will complete construction projects by planning, organizing, andcontrolling projects.You will also complete qualityinspections and supervise sub-contractors and staff.

2.   Establish&maintainhighstaffmorale,modelsoundleadershipand teamwork.

3.   Scheduledeliveryofneededmaterialsandlabor requests.

4.   Makesuggestionsandrecommendationsfor repair.

5.   Scheduledeliveryofneededmaterialsandlabor requests.

6.   Trouble-shootandidentifyconstructionproblems;offertimelyandsafe solutions.

7.   Ensureprojectproceedsinatimely manner.

8.   Manage tooland materials inventory foreach project. Ensure unused materials are accounted for and reported to the team.

9.   Complete necessary daily reportsandmeet atleast weekly withthe project team to discussinstallation progress.

10. Performotheractivitiesandresponsibilitiesasdirectedbytheimmediate manager.

11. FollowElectrosonichealthandsafetypoliciesand procedures.

4.   Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.

5.   Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required;establishingstandards andprotocols;allocatingresources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.

6.   Approves construction project milestones byconductinginspections atcritical phases and obtaining client approvals.

7.   Preventsfinesandinterruptionsbycomplyingwith,andenforcing, codes.

8.   Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environmentby following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

9.   Updates jobknowledge bytrackingand understanding emergingconstruction practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

10. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value tojob accomplishments.

Whatqualificationsare required?

4.   Minimum of 2-5 yearsof experience ingeneral construction with excellent hands-on construction skills.

8.   Excellentlowvoltagetroubleshooting skills.

9.   Experienceinsupervisingconstructionprojects.

12. Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing,foundations, carpentry and masonrywork.
