We’re looking for aService Project Manager to lead HVAC-focused service projects, support customers, and ensure successful delivery from execution through warranty.

What You’ll Do

• Leadservice projects through execution and warranty phase
• Serve as theprimary customer contact post-installation
• Manageschedules, budgets, and project profitability
• Supportstartup, commissioning, and field troubleshooting
• Coordinate withengineering, sales, and field teams
• Handlechange orders, subcontractors, and documentation

What You Bring

• 5+ years managingHVAC or technical service projects
• Strongcustomer-facing and project leadership skills
• Experience withproject financials (P&L, cost tracking)
• Ability to thrive in afast-paced, field-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
