In collaboration with healthcare institutions and the government, YosAid Innovation Foundation provides healthcare training and actionable skill building to patients and family caregivers on health behaviors and information. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Managedomestic and international flight and hotel, bus/train bookings.
• Handleairport pickup/drop, city travel and outstation cab bookings.
• Manage cancellations, rescheduling, refunds and unused tickets/credits.
• Coordinate withtravel agencies, airlines, hotels, cab operators and other vendors for all travel requirements.
• Coordinatebulk travel, hotel and cab arrangements for annual office events, conferences, workshops and meetings.
• Manage travel requests and bookings through Zoho Trip.
• Prepare and analysemonthly MIS covering bookings, cancellations, reschedulings and travel spend.
• Verify travel vendor invoices and coordinate for resolution of discrepancies.
• Provide timely support to employees for travel-related queries and changes.
• Ensure travel bookings comply with the organisation's travel policy and approved requirements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•  3+ years of experience in domestic and international travel bookings.
• Experience in amedium-sized organisation, independently handling up to500 bookings per month.
• Experience incorporate travel management.
• Good knowledge of flight, hotel and cab bookings, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Good working knowledge ofMS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
• Experience withZoho Trip is an added advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

A proactive and detail-oriented professional who canindependently manage high-volume travel requirements, coordinate multiple vendors, handle last-minute changes and provide accurate travel MIS to management.
