Core Development

  • Design, develop, and maintainmicroservices usingJava 17 and Spring Boot

  • Build and orchestrate integrations usingApache Camel (Kafka, Salesforce, AMQP, SQL, REST)

  • Implementcanonical message models, transformations (JOLT), routing, and validations

  • Develop REST and GraphQL APIs for internal and external consumers

  • Ensure high performance, resiliency, and scalability of integration services

Platform & Cloud

  • Deploy and operate services onAWS EKS / Kubernetes using Docker containers

  • Work withCI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, CloudBees)

  • Implement secure configuration usingSpring Cloud Config andHashiCorp Vault

  • Support distributed caching usingHazelcast

Quality & Reliability

  • Write unit, integration, and component tests usingJUnit, Mockito, Camel Test, Karate

  • Ensure observability usingSplunk / Datadog

  • Follow secure coding practices and address vulnerabilities usingFortify, BlackDuck, Twistlock, SonarQube

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead technical design discussions and code reviews

  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product teams on complex integrations

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

  • 8+ years of hands‑on Java development experience

  • Strong expertise inSpring Boot (configuration, DI, REST, security)

  • Strong hands‑on experience withApache Camel and Enterprise Integration Patterns

  • Experience withKafka / event‑driven architectures

  • Experience withDocker and Kubernetes (EKS)

  • Solid understanding ofmicroservices architecture

  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / Oracle)

Good to Have

  • Experience withGraphQL

  • Exposure toSalesforce integrations

  • Knowledge ofJOLT transformations

  • Experience withAWS services (MSK, Aurora, EC2)

  • Familiarity withReact / Node.js (platform UI awareness)

  • Knowing AI tools is an added advantage.
