We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on ownership, architectural influence, and lifting engineering standards. This is not a “mid-level stepping stone” role—this is for someone who already operates at a senior level, and wants to shape the future of our platforms, not just maintain them.

This role is abouttechnical leadership and real impact, not just delivery.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include: 

• Drivetechnical quality, scalability, and security across applications and integrations
• Lead and uplift engineering standards throughmentoring and code reviews
• Partner withProduct, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to shape solutions
• Championmodern engineering practices (CI/CD, observability, automation)
• Contribute to and improveevent-driven, cloud-native systems
• Play a key role inproduction support and incident leadership

To be considered for this role you will have (Non-Negotiable)

Core Engineering Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience withC# and .NET (Core / 5+)
• Deep experience buildingASP.NET Core APIs and distributed systems
• Proven experience designingmicroservices architectures
• Strong knowledge ofevent-driven systems(essential)
• Advanced experience withNoSQL (Cosmos DB or MongoDB)(essential)

Cloud & Platforms

• Recent experience withMicrosoft Azure, including:
  • App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, API Management
• Previous exposure tomulti-cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP)(required)

AI-Driven Development

• Hands-on experience deliveringGenerative AI solutions in production
  • IncludingRAG pipelines and LLM integrations
• Experience working withAgentic AI systems or intelligent automation
• Familiarity with tools likeGitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools

Engineering Mindset

• You takeownership and drive outcomes
• You thinkbeyond code—architecture, scalability, and business impact
• You activelymentor others and raise the bar
• You’re comfortable engagingnon-technical stakeholders
