We're looking for aSenior Software Engineer who thrives on solving complex engineering challenges, driving technical excellence, and building modern cloud-native solutions at scale. This is a hands-on senior role where you'll influence architecture, mentor engineers, and help shape the next generation of our platforms.

  • Drive technical quality, scalability, security, and reliability across applications and integrations
  • Lead engineering excellence through mentoring, code reviews, and best-practice development
  • Partner with Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to design and deliver impactful solutions
  • Champion modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automation, testing, and observability
  • Enhance and evolve event-driven, cloud-native platforms and distributed systems
  • Take a lead role in production support, incident management, and continuous improvement activities

 

To be considered for this role you will demonstrate:

  • Strong hands-on experience withC# and .NET (Core / .NET 5+)
  • Deep expertise buildingASP.NET Core APIs and distributed systems
  • Proven experience designing and implementingmicroservices architectures
  • Strong experience withevent-driven systems
  • Advanced experience withNoSQL databases, includingCosmos DB or MongoDB
  • Strong understanding ofsecure coding practices, includingOAuth, JWT, authentication, authorisation, and identity management
  • Experience leveragingAI and automation technologies to improve engineering productivity, operational efficiency, or customer outcomes

Cloud, DevOps & Platforms

  • Recent experience withMicrosoft Azure, including:
    • App Services
    • Azure Functions
    • Service Bus
    • Key Vault
    • API Management
  • Strong experience building and maintainingCI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Experience implementing infrastructure and deployment automation within cloud environments
  • Previous exposure tomulti-cloud environments such asAWS and/or GCP
