Senior Salesforce Administrator / Consultant 

Experience: Senior-level Salesforce experience 

 Focus: Salesforce Administration, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Integrations & Data 

We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Administrator / Consultant with strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, particularlySales Cloud, CPQ, and RCA implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering Salesforce solutions, managing complex integrations and data processes, and supporting enterprise-level initiatives across global teams. 

This role requires a strong combination of technical Salesforce expertise, business understanding, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, configure, and deliver scalable solutions usingSalesforce platform capabilities. 

  • Administer and supportSalesforce Sales Cloud, including complex business processes and configurations. 

  • Lead or supportCPQ and RCA implementations and enhancements. 

  • Manage Salesforce data processes, includingdata loads, mapping, validation, and migration activities. 

  • Work with system integrations,ETL processes, and BI tools to support end-to-end business solutions. 

  • Evaluate, implement, and supportthird-party AppExchange solutions. 

  • Support Salesforcemobile capabilities and user adoption. 

  • Participate in complex, multi-stream projects across global and cross-functional teams. 

  • SupportM&A-related Salesforce integrations and platform consolidation initiatives. 

  • Explore and supportAI-driven and agentic solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. 

  • Present technical solutions to stakeholders and translate technical capabilities into business value. 

Mandatory Technical Skills 

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification – required. 

  • Sales Cloud Consultant Certification – required. 

  • Strong hands-on experience withSalesforce Administration and Sales Cloud. 

  • Strong experience withCPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and RCA implementations. 

  • Proven experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. 

  • Strong understanding ofSalesforce integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools. 

  • Hands-on experience withdata management, including data loads, mapping templates, and Excel-based data models. 

  • Experience managing and supportingthird-party AppExchange applications. 

  • Experience working with complex Salesforce environments and enterprise-level projects. 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience withAI-driven or agentic solutions. 

  • Experience withPSA tools, such as FinancialForce. 

  • Experience withOrder Management systems. 

  • Familiarity with content management platforms such asSeismic. 

  • Experience withSalesforce Mobile capabilities. 

  • Experience supportingM&A integrations within Salesforce ecosystems. 

Leadership & Business Skills 

  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream projects acrossglobal teams. 

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams throughinfluence and matrix leadership. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Ability to present technical solutions clearly and connect them tobusiness value. 

  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions. 

 

 ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL(Will be evaluated).
