Senior Linux System Administrator (HPC)- Riyadh, KSA

We are looking forSenior Linux System Administrators with strong hands-on experience inRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) andKubernetes to administer and support the infrastructure underpinning an HPC environment. The role focuses onsystem reliability, security, performance, automation, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintainRHEL/Linux servers and HPC compute nodes.
• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and troubleshootLinux operating systems.
• Manage and supportKubernetes clusters, nodes, and workloads.
• PerformLinux performance tuning, system hardening, and troubleshooting.
• Monitorsystem health, capacity, performance, and availability.
• Automate infrastructure administration usingAnsible, Shell scripting, Python, or similar tools.
• Support integration betweencompute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, and HPC platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex Linux, Kubernetes, and infrastructure issues.
• Implement security best practices across Linux and Kubernetes environments.
• Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Maintain system configurations, technical documentation, and operational procedures.

• Strong hands-on experience as aLinux System Administrator / Linux Engineer / RHEL Administrator.
• Expert-level administration ofRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Strong experience withKubernetes administration and cluster management.
• Experience supportingHPC environments / compute clusters is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:

6. Troubleshooting
7. Capacity management

• Strong automation/scripting experience withAnsible, Shell/Bash, Python, etc.
• Experience integratingcompute, storage, and networking infrastructure.
• RHCE – Red Hat Certified Engineer: Mandatory
• CKA – Certified Kubernetes Administrator: Preferred
