TheSeniorTechnical Analyst willbe responsible for service deliveryandprojectdeliverableswithin theglobalinfrastructure environment. Thisrolewill identify gaps, needs,and leadimprovement effortstoimprove servicedelivery. This role willbeconsidered a subject matterexpert(SME) in oneor morekeytechnologies undertheinfrastructuredomain.Itis expected that this role will operateindependently, solvecomplex problems,and fulfillrequestswith minimalsupervision.

• Responsible forsupporting ongoing mediumtohigh complexitymaintenance,Run-the-Business(RTB)support, and IncidentServiceRequestsofthe assigned globalinfrastructurearea.
• Providesolutions forbothRTBandproject effortsofmediumto highcomplexity.
• Serve as aprojectresourceon application andinfrastructureproject effortsrepresentingfunctional capabilities.
• Assistwithgathering requirements,creating recommendations,andimplementingsolutionstomeettheprojectrequirements.
• Provideknowledge sharing,asrecognized SME,inefforts suchaswriting complexknowledgearticles, relationship developmentwithother Information Technology (IT) staff,mentoring, andjobshadowing.

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’sdegree inComputerScience,Information Systems,orequivalent.
• Five(5)or moreyearsofexperienceinInformation Technology,orin a relatedarea.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant industry related certifications.
• Information Technology experiencewithin themanufacturingindustry.

  • Middleware:Experiencewithconfiguration and administrationofthe following middlewareapplicationserverplatforms: WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat,and Wildfly/JBOSS.Certificationinanyofthese platformsisdesirable.SomeexperiencewithOperating Systems(Windows, RHELorotherLinux)is required.KnowledgeofIAMispreferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Working Hours: Our team operates 24/7 due to the nature of the digital technology work we support. In this role, you must cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts when the business requires it.

Pay Range:

$92,600.00 - $154,400.00
