Position Overview

TheFinancial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst –Regional FP&A role sits within the Regional FP&A team and plays a dual mission: .

1)Regional FP&A – Support total company analysis on the Pricing, Margin and SG&A

2) Serve as adigital champion within the region, actively driving and participating in finance digitalization and process optimization initiatives

This role offers strong exposure across functions and businesses, providing atotal company view and a solid platform for future career growth within FP&A, commercial finance, or transformation roles.

What you will do:

1. Regional FP&A

• Support Regional FP&A in drivingpricing, margin, and SG&A performance management across the Greater China business.
• Provide regular insights onpricing realization, margin performance, and cost productivity opportunities to support delivery of financial commitments.
• Lead total company SG&A analysis, helping management understand spending patterns, cost structure, and return on investment across functions and businesses.
• Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end company operating model, including commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and functional organizations, to provide a holistic total company perspective.
• Preparemanagement reporting, leadership presentations, and executive insights to facilitate effective decision-making.
• Support key regional initiatives and transformation projects that drive productivity, profitability, and long-term growth.

2. Digitalization & Process Optimization (Digital Champion)

• Act as adigital ambassador within the Regional FP&A team, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight quality.
• Participate in and supportfinance digitalization projects, including reporting automation, data visualization, and planning tool enhancements.
• Leverage tools such asExcel, SAP, Power BI, andemerging digital / AI-enabled solutions to streamline FP&A processes.
• Continuously challenge existing processes and driveprocess simplification, standardization, and optimization.
• Demonstrate curiosity and passion forAI, digital finance, and new ways of working, with the ability to learn quickly and apply ideas pragmatically.

3. Other Regional Ad-hoc tasks

• Will have opportunities to take on various ad-hoc tasks or projects

Minimum Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management.
• Typically3–5 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or commercial finance, preferably in a multinational or matrix environment.
• Hands-on experience inbusiness partnering and performance management.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong understanding ofP&L mechanics, including revenue, margin, and SG&A drivers.
• Solid financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong Excel capability is required.
• Experience withERP systems (e.g. SAP) and data / visualization tools such asPower BI is a strong plus.
• Interest or exposure todigital, automation, and AI applications in finance is highly desirable.
