Senior Finance Professional (Multiple Opportunities)

We are recruiting experiencedFinance Professionals for a range of client opportunities across theUAE market. This consolidated position is intended to attract strong finance talent across multiple disciplines, includingFinancial Accounting, Management Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Financial Control.

This role is ideal for professionals seeking to step intosenior-level responsibilities and progress towardfinance leadership or head-of-finance roles.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on business needs and area of specialisation, responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Performing financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance reviews
• Overseeing general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Supporting commercial and strategic decision-making with financial insights
• Ensuring compliance withIFRS and internal control policies
• Coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders
• Improving financial systems, reporting accuracy, and processes
• Mentoring, supervising, or managing junior finance team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• 5–10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge ofIFRS
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Leadership potential and readiness for senior or managerial responsibility
