Role Overview

We are seeking aSenior eLearning Developer with expert-levelArticulate Storyline 360 skills and strong visual/UI/UX capabilities. This person will independently design and develop complex, highly interactive, and visually polished learning experiences from storyboards through final delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong technical and creative skills across eLearning development, animation, multimedia, accessibility, LMS/SCORM standards, and web-based custom interactions. Experience usingAI/GenAI tools, automation, and AI-assisted development is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advancedL3/L4 eLearning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360.

  • Build complex scenarios, branching interactions, simulations, and custom learning experiences.

  • Translate storyboards into engaging, visually sophisticated learning solutions with minimal supervision.

  • Apply strongUI/UX, visual design, animation, and motion principles.

  • Develop and troubleshoot custom web-based interactions usingHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Ensure learning experiences meetWCAG accessibility standards and technical requirements.

  • Prepare and troubleshoot courses forLMS/SCORM deployment.

  • Conduct detailed visual, functional, and technical QA.

  • Solve complex development challenges independently and identify creative solutions.

  • Collaborate with instructional designers, project managers, and other creative/technical team members as needed.

  • Explore and apply emergingAI and automation tools to improve the eLearning development process.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Expert-levelArticulate 360 / Storyline 360 experience.

  • AdvancedL3/L4 eLearning development experience.

  • Strong UI/UX and visual design skills.

  • Proven experience developingscenario-based and branched learning.

  • Strong understanding of animation and motion design principles.

  • Working knowledge ofHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Understanding ofWCAG and accessible eLearning development.

  • Strong knowledge ofSCORM and LMS environments.

  • Excellent visual QA and attention to detail.

  • Ability to independently interpret storyboards and visualize the final learning experience.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience creatingcustom web-based interactions.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience withClaude, ChatGPT, or other GenAI tools in an eLearning workflow.

  • Figma.

  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Basic After Effects or Premiere Pro experience.

  • Lectora.

  • xAPI / cmi5.

  • AI-generated images and video.

  • Experience with automation or AI-assisted development workflows.
